How to use this page

The Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts (Districts) created this application to assist the public seeking records related to Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. To request public records on parcels located within the Districts' service area (represented by pins on the map), select the parcel(s) to submit a public records request. Parcels not in the yellow shaded areas of the map are not serviced by the Districts, therefore, the Districts will not have records for these locations.

You can view these instructions at any time by clicking the icon at the top of the page.

  • Click -Click on a pin on the map, OR
  • Search - Enter an address to zoom to a location on a map
  • Select - After activating the select tool, click and drag on the map to draw a box around locations you wish to add to your favorites list

Search for locations in the map by clicking a pin, typing an address into the search box, or using the map select () tool.

When your list is complete, click the Request Records button to submit a public records request for all your favorited locations.

After selecting a location on the map, click the to submit a records request for that location only
